Concerns or Complaints

You have the right to voice questions, concerns or complaints about your care in our hospital and to know about resources such as social services and discharge planning that can help you resolve problems or answer questions.  You may do this without fear that it will compromise your care or future access to services.  If you have questions or feel that your rights have been violated, please contact Administration at 217-935-9571 ext. 3202.
