Dietary Services
Meals and snacks are served in the hospital cafeteria located on the ground floor, during the following hours:
Coffee & Rolls 7:00 – 10:00 a.m.
Lunch 12:30 – 1:15 p.m.
Vending machines with beverages and snacks are located in the cafeteria.
Our menu is available online for you to see what will be served in the cafeteria each week. We serve salads, desserts, two main entrees and side dishes each day for the lunch meal.
Our Registered Dietician, Melinda Monier, MS, RD, LDN is available for outpatient nutrition education and counseling for 15, 30, and 60 minute sessions with referrals from your physician. Our focus is on total health and well being based on healthy eating and lifestyle changes.
Our Dietary staff also prepares three meals a day for the local Dewitt County Jail. The food is prepared fresh for each meal and delivered to the jail prior to meal time.
