The Dr. John Warner Hospital regularly employs approximately 200 dedicated employees, making it one of the larger employers in Clinton, Illinois. Human Resources Department staff is responsible for employee recruitment, benefits administration, compensation, labor relations, and employee relation activities.
We look for individuals who have a strong commitment to the hospital’s mission statement to be “committed to personal, compassionate care for you, our friends, and neighbors.” All prospective employees are required to successfully complete a physical exam, including drug and alcohol screen.
