Financial Assistance and Uninsured Patient Discount Program

Dr. John Warner Hospital’s Financial Assistance and Uninsured Patient Discount Program offers discounts to uninsured patients and patients who show financial need.  The hospital’s staff will counsel people in exploring coverage under public programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, or any other program, if there is a reasonable basis to believe that the patient may be eligible for such a program. 

Eligibility:  Any patient without health insurance or in need of financial assistance may apply.  Eligibility will be determined without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin or handicap.

If you wish to apply for the Financial Assistance and Uninsured Patient Discount Program, please call or visit with a patient accounts representative (935-9571 extension 3311) in the business office to discuss your financial needs.  Staff will assist you in the application process.
