Materials Management

The Materials Management department is responsible for purchasing all hospital inventory, supplies and equipment without interruption in the day to day function of the hospital.  Our focus is to assure all supplies are kept in stock and available to the departments in a timely and cost effective manner.

At Dr. John Warner Hospital, we understand the importance of keeping healthcare costs low while keeping quality high.  All purchase requests are reviewed under the following criteria: Quality, patient safety, and cost.  Since the needs of the hospital are always changing, Materials Management strives to be ready for any and every situation that may arise from emergencies to the every day purchase of supplies and equipment.
