Rural Health Center The RHC provides quality, compassionate care through medical provider patient evaluation and diagnostic testing/treatment for all patients who present to the facility regardless of age, race, religion, gender, culture or ability to pay. The patient population served by the Rural Health Center includes pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients requiring or seeking medical care. The Rural Health Center (RHC) is a provider-based facility (i.e., an integral part of the hospital), possessing designated purposes and objectives to ensure the highest quality outpatient health care is provided to all patients seen in the Center. All services offered by the Center are furnished in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local laws. Patients that present to the Rural Health Center (RHC) seeking care will receive a medical exam by the physician and/or mid-level practitioner which includes the ordering of all necessary diagnostic testing required to reach a diagnosis utilizing the ancillary services of the hospital or other agencies as deemed necessary to accomplish this task. An ongoing patient specific treatment regime will be implemented for those patients who have designated the Rural Health Center (RHC) as their primary provider. Follow-up care for patients resulting from on-call referrals through the Emergency Department will be provided for the condition which sent the patient to the Emergency Department. Appointments for all providers in the Rural Health Center can be made by calling 937-5284 during the hours of: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Click Here to See Our Physician Listing
